The method involves amplifying Eigen amplitudes of a measuring body of an oscillating neutral mass. A zero displacement of a rotational angle direction of a one-arm torsion balance is replaced by a constant initial direction of symmetrical points of the increased Eigen amplitudes of Eigen oscillations of the mass. The initial direction is provided as a reference direction of measurement of a relative movement of an overweight center of the measuring body with two degrees of freedom in a vertical plane against a bearing-base plate, a structure-base plate, a building-ground and a ground.
