The device has a lid (10a) axially limited in a mounted state of a hydraulic pressure chamber. A spring housing (11a) is connected with the lid and limited in a mounted state of a return spring chamber (12a), where the lid and the housing are bonded and/or soldered to each other. The lid and the housing comprise radially oriented annular support surfaces (14a, 15a) that are bonded and/or soldered together. A return spring (16a) i.e. torsion spring, is partially arranged in the spring chamber, so that the spring together with the lid and the housing forms an assembly module (17a). The radially oriented annular support surfaces are formed as adhesive surfaces and soldering surfaces.
