PURPOSE: A low noise automatic blowing fan in which an energy-saving wind regulator is embedded is provided to obtain the efficient use of energy and to reduce costs for maintenance by saving electricity. CONSTITUTION: A low noise automatic blowing fan(100) in which an energy-saving air volume controller comprises a blowing fan case(102), a blowing fan(110), a blowing motor(108), an air volume controlling unit(106), and a chamber duct(104). A sound insulating material(14) is arranged in an inner side of the blowing fan case and an outlet is formed in one side of the blowing fan case. The blowing fan is fixed in the inner side of the blowing fan case. The blowing motor is directly connected to one side of the blowing fan, thereby driving the blowing fan. The air volume controlling unit is connected to one side of the blowing motor, thereby controlling air volume by controlling the torque of the blowing motor. The chamber duct is connected to an outer side of the blowing fan case and comprises a plurality of exhaust pipes(18) being connected to the outlet. The chamber duct supplies and exhausts air to up, down, left, and right sides.
