PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent difficulties in opening and closing of a sliding door when a vehicle runs in a heavy snow region by suppressing snow adhesion to a stepped part of the sliding door and a vehicle outer frame. SOLUTION: A snow adhesion prevention device has bag bodies 17, 18, 19, 20 arranged in the vehicle outer frame 14 around an exit 12 of the vehicle 10 opened and closed by the sliding door 13 and an air supply and exhaust mechanism 23 for expanding/shrinking each bag body 17, 18, 19, 20 by supplying/exhausting air into/from each bag body 17, 18, 19, 20 to peel snow adhered due to expansion/shrinkage of each bag body 17, 18, 19, 20 in order to prevent snow adhesion.
