PURPOSE: A secondary battery charging apparatus and a system thereof are provided to secure the safety of a secondary battery and to interrupt charge of the secondary battery if an internal temperature of the secondary battery increases. CONSTITUTION: A temperature receiving unit(110) receives a temperature sensed from a temperature sensor(133). The temperature sensor is arranged inside a secondary battery. An interruption unit(120) interrupts charging current supplied from the secondary battery if the transmitted temperature is greater than a reference temperature. A display unit(130) displays the interrupt of the charging current.
