PURPOSE: A composition for preventing acetaldehyde induced diseases, hangover prevention, and hangover curing is provided to rapidly metabolize acetaldehyde which is cause for various diseases and hangover. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing acetaldehyde induced diseases, hangover prevention, and hangover curing includes acetaldehyde dehydratase activator, mitochondria activator, anti-oxidant and cell death inhibitor. The acetaldehyde dehydratase activator is salt of calcium ion, magnesium ion, glutamate, L-cysteine or the salt thereof. The mitochondria activator is succinic acid, and glutamate or the salt thereof. The anti-oxidant is silymarin (in other words, milk thistle extract), catechin (in other words, green tea extract), vitamin C, thiamin, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, B9 or B12. The cell death inhibitor is magnesium ion and creatine or the salt thereof. The composition includes silymarin (in other words, the milk thistle extract) or catechin (in other words, green tea extract) as an anti-oxidant.
