<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an image quality difference between in a portion coming in contact with a conveying means and a portion not coming in contact with the conveying means, in the case where a recording material heated by a thermal fixing device is conveyed by the conveying means that partly comes in contact with the recording material. <P>SOLUTION: The printing paper discharged from the thermal fixing device 105 is sucked and conveyed by the conveying belt 302a having a plurality of holes formed therein with the suction force of a suction fan 105. With this constitution, the air sucked by the suction fan 105 is made to circulate in a cavity located on the conveying surface side of the conveying belt 302a by means of a duct 306. Thus, the image quality difference between the portion coming in contact with the conveying belt 302a and the hole portions not coming in contact with the conveying belt is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
