Securing device for photovoltaic modules

The device (100) has a switching arrangement i.e. trigger circuit (141), for electrically connecting positive polarity output terminals (120) and negative polarity output terminals (120') of a direct current (DC)/alternating current (AC) converter (130) with ground during deactivation of an electric power supply network or the DC/AC converter. The DC/AC converter converts DC into AC, and the switching arrangement is connected with an output of the DC/AC converter and comprises a switching element that is attached to photovoltaic modules (110). The switching element is designed as an electrical relay or a semiconductor switching element e.g. transistor and thyristor.
