摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for real-time estimation of instantaneous frequency of individual sinusoidal signals, applicable to digital processing of signals in the field of portable instrumentation. According to the invention, the method consists in using an analogue-digital converter (ADC) which obtains samples of an individual sinusoidal signal at a frequency four times higher than an instantaneous frequency of the signal, which are then quantized and transmitted to some digital signal processors (DSP) to process them while using only four temporally equally spaced samples which are enough for computing the instantaneous frequency and the amplitude of the individual sinusoidal signals.</p>
