The invention relates to municipal engineering, more particular to facilities to punch plastic bottles prior to pressing thereof. A device for punching plastic bottles comprises a load-bearing frame and a working shaft mounted thereon in bearing supports, the shaft has alternately arranged thereon toothed disks and intermediate bushes, closure elements secured by its ends, a support unit for pressing thereto and punching plastic bottles, an electric motor drive and a reduction gear mounted on the load-bearing frame and kinematically connected therebetween and a free end of the working shaft, a control block electrically connected with the electric motor and a post with "START" and "STOP" buttons and a receiving bin located by its bottom narrower part above the toothed disks of the working shaft and the support unit and secured on the load-bearing frame adapted to be arranged above the loading port for sorting plastic bottles on a conveyor of sorting solid domestic wastes and fixed on a trestle platform of a corresponding collecting bin. The invention is aimed at improving reliability, efficiency and effectiveness of the device operation, widening its functional and technological abilities by providing guaranteed punching all types of plastic bottles and increasing the device output. A novel inventive feature is characterized in that the support unit further comprises an additional shaft parallel the working shaft with similar complete elements and synchronous counter rotation; the additional shaft is positioned enabling to arrange its toothed disks in intervals between toothed disks of the working shaft and enabling to form a space between its intermediate bushes and the intermediate bushes of the working shaft corresponding maximum diameter of a plastic bottle to be pressed and sufficient to prevent jamming and blocking; the toothed disks of the working and additional shafts are adapted to form a gap between their piercing ends and the intermediate bushes at opposite shafts, the gap corresponds 1/3 of the maximum diameter of a plastic bottle to be pressed and sufficient to punch all plastic bottles with a tightened cap and stringy air inside and also sufficient to press only thereof without punching all plastic bottles without caps and without stringy air inside; teeth on disks of the working shaft are numbered so as to form a space between their punching ends corresponding 2/3 diameter of the least plastic bottle and sufficient for punching all plastic bottles in their horizontal position; the intermediate bushes of both shafts have width also corresponding 2/3 diameter of the least plastic bottle and sufficient for punching all plastic bottles in their vertical position; the toothed disks on the additional shaft are made cross-shaped enabling to put the biggest plastic bottle between the teeth; pointed bevels are made in the side teeth walls of the working and additional shaft disks; teeth of said disks are hardened, both shafts are provided with comb-shaped droppers for releasing punched plastic bottles from the disk's teeth. |
