PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A SUBSTRATE FOR A DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE PHOTOSENSITIVE COMPOSITION

PURPOSE: A photo-sensitive composition and a manufacturing method of a substrate for a display device using the same are provided to improve the reliability of thin film patterns by improving sensitivity to light except for light in the ultraviolet ray-based short wavelength band. CONSTITUTION: A photo-sensitive composition includes acryl-based copolymer, a photo initiator, a photo-sensitizer represented by chemical formula 1, and a solvent. In chemical formula 1, n is the integer of 1 to 10. The content of the photo-sensitizer is 0.1 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the acryl-based copolymer. The photo-sensitizer absorbs light in the wavelength of 400 to 410nm and activates the photo initiator. The content of the photo initiator is 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of based on 100 parts by weight of the acryl-based copolymer.
