PURPOSE: A forging device for asymmetric axial type products is provided to form a product in an asymmetrical shape or having an odd number of symmetrical planes in cross section using a flexible jig. CONSTITUTION: A forging device for asymmetric axial type products comprises a material(111), a pair of holders(112), a pair of holder supports(113), a forming tool(114) which is formed at the top of the material to forge the material, a flexible jig(115) which is transformed according to the bottom shape of the material and disperses the load of the material during the forging process, a flexible jig support table(116) which is formed at the bottom of the flexible jig, and a moving frame(117) which is moved up and down while supporting the holder supports. The moving frame has an opening through which the flexible jig protrudes and contacts the bottom of the material. |
