PURPOSE: A non-water stoppage blocking of a saddle water valve for expanding a diameter of a water supply pipe is provided to prevent the damage and corrosion due to the boring of a branch part of a drain pipe and to maintain the life of the drain pipe. CONSTITUTION: A non-water stoppage blocking of a saddle water valve for expanding a diameter of a water supply pipe(100) comprises a supporter(110), a sealing member(120), fixing units(150), and a leakage preventing member(160). The sealing member seals a bored hole bored through a drain pipe. The moving member is coupled to the sealing member and upwardly moves the sealing member from the supporter. The fixing units fix the sealing member on the supporter. The leakage preventing member is installed around the sealing member and is coupled to the saddle water valve. Before the bored hole of the drain pipe is sealed by the sealing member, the leakage preventing member blocks the leakage of a tap water flowing along the drain pipe.
