FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wood working machine built-in equipment for veneer production. Rotary device consists of stationary bottom bed, top moving bed and their joint assembly. Said of stationary bottom bed is shaped to rectangular carcass while said top moving bed is shaped to rectangular frame, both being arranged in parallel, one above the other. Thrust plates are arranged inside said beds, at their center, and coupled by joint assembly made up of holder with stop, two bearings, holdback plate, thrust ring with two spacers and axle with fasteners. Two clamps and two holdback elements for stop mounted on moving bed are arranged on both parallel sides of carcass, fitted on bracket at preset angle and. Clamp piston axes form, in space, a preset angle. Two parallel crossbars of stationary bed top frame extend beyond bed limits and are coupled by crossbar to make rotary device drive handle while top moving bed is provided with displacement handles. ^ EFFECT: simplified design, higher reliability, lower costs. ^ 6 dwg |
