FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making sandwich panels with gas-filled plastic filler. Proposed method comprises mixing one or several components, say, powders or fluids of gas-filled plastic, with discrete elements, foaming and curing of produced mix. Note here that one or several components of gas-filled plastic and discrete elements are fed in jets in working gas flow effusing from one or several nozzles. Said components of gas-filled plastic and discrete elements in said flow are dispersed, mixed and homogenised. Said components of gas-filled plastic and discrete elements are sprayed in layers. Note here that, in spraying every layer, flow rate of said components of gas-filled plastic and discrete elements is controlled.
