PURPOSE: A water treatment system for a plasma scrubber using micro bubbles is provided to continuously re-use water in a water treatment bath without interrupting the system. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment system for a plasma scrubber using micro bubbles includes a water treatment bath(110), a plasma burner(113), a water spraying nozzle(125), a micro-bubble generator(130), a discharging line(140), and a circulating line(150). The water treatment bath includes an inlet port(111) and an outlet port(112). Harmful gas is introduced into the water treatment bath, and plasma treated exhaust gas is discharged from the water treatment bath. The plasma burner burns the harmful gas. The water spraying nozzle sprays water toward the exhaust gas and collects foreign materials from the exhaust gas. The micro-bubble generator floats the foreign materials from water in the water treatment bath. The discharging line discharges the floated foreign materials. The circulating line circulates water with the foreign materials in the water treatment bath.
