<p>This switch control circuit (100) is configured to repeat, alternately, a first charging phase wherein a voltage (VCC) of an input power supply (10) is charged to a charge-pump capacitance (CJ (1)) by turning on first and second switches (S1, S2) and turning off third and fourth switches (S3, S4), and a second charging phase wherein a voltage as a result of adding the voltage charged to the charge-pump capacitance (CJ (1)) in the first charging phase to the voltage of the input power supply (10) is charged to an output capacitance (Co), by turning off the first and second switches (S1, S2) and turning on the third and fourth switches (S3, S4). The switch control circuit (100) is also configured to stop, in the first charging phase, the charging of the charge-pump capacitance (CJ (1)) when an output of a comparator (COMP (1)) indicates that the charged voltage of the charge-pump capacitance (CJ (1)) has reached a variable reference voltage (VREF).</p> |
