The present invention relates to a preparation having a solution form, which contains an antibody having a therapeutic effect on cancer, autoimmune diseases or inflammatory diseases. That is, the present invention relates a preparation having a solution form, which contains an antibody that can exert, through apoptosis, a cytotoxic activity on a cell expressing a death-domain-containing receptor.
