<p>Provided herein are methods and compositions for the treatment of metabolic disorders. Also provided herein are methods and compositions for improving insulin resistance, reducing blood glucose levels, and/or reducing blood insulin levels in a subject in need thereof. In certain embodiments, the methods comprise inhibiting the activity of one or more miR-378 family members.
