PURPOSE: A 3D plastic sheet is provided to have a surface have specific curvature by filling gap valleys of convex lenses with an ink-absorbing coating agent. CONSTITUTION: A primer coating layer(40) of a 3D plastic sheet bonds an ink-absorbing coating layer(50) and a convex lens layer(10). The thickness of the primer coating layer is 10 micron or less. A transparent thickness layer(20) is formed to a thickness that a focus of incident rays penetrating through the ink-absorbing coating layer and the primer coating layer is formed on an uneven pattern layer(30). An interlaced primary picture is printed on the uneven pattern layer to be shown through the outer surface of the transparent thickness layer.
