<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The installation (100) has an air extraction system for extracting air from a room, where the air extraction system is provided with a motor-driven fan unit (16) to create an extraction air flow in the air extraction system. A water-heater (18) is filled with water to be heated by a part of the extraction air flow. The air extraction system modifies the flow of extraction air for heating water based on an operating state of the water-heater.
