The combination has a board (4) mounted on wheels (5) and attached to a fork comprising a gripping element (7). A container (2) i.e. backpack, is fixed at a proximal end of the fork. The proximal end comprises a connection unit i.e. spacer, between the board and the fork. The fork is mounted to freely rotate around a first rotation axis. The fork is rotatingly connected to the board around a second rotation axis by a hinged joint (11). A shell is mounted on the container in a freely rotatable manner between a closed position and an open position.
