PURPOSE: A filtering apparatus for a water storing tank is provided to minimize the abrasion of the inner wall of the water storing tank and to prevent water in the water storing tank from being decomposed. CONSTITUTION: A filtering apparatus for a water storing tank includes a main support(100) and a filtering part(200). The main support is inserted into the water storing tank. The filtering part is connected to the main support, and the volume of the filtering part increases in the water storing tank to filter impurities from water. The filter part includes a supporting frame(210) and a filtering member(220). One end part of the supporting frame is connected to the main support. One end part of the filtering member is connected to the supporting frame.
