A motor wiring-connection structure comprises a first winding (1), a second winding (2) and an operation capacitor (3). The operation capacitor and the second winding in series are connected in parallel with both ends of the first winding. A first winding head-end tap (11) and a first winding tail-end tap (13) are respectively formed on the both ends of the first winding. At least one first winding center tap (12) is provided on the middle of the first winding, and at least one second winding center tap (21) is provided on the middle of the second winding. The first winding head-end tap is separately combined with the first winding center tap, the first winding tail-end tap and the second winding center tap respectively to be connected to a power source so that the turns of operation main windings and start windings are changed, multiple operation speeds are obtained and the energy efficiency of the motor is improved while the motor speed is kept. |
