PURPOSE: A system for discounting a package product using an alliance of a seller and a method thereof are provided to mediate a package product alliance application of the seller, thereby releasing various package products. CONSTITUTION: An alliance application registering means(31) receives alliance application information of a package product from a first seller terminal. An alliance application acceptance unit(32) provides product information which an alliance application is registered to other seller terminal. When the alliance application and alliance acceptance are completed, a package product generating means(34) generates and registers package product information which a discount rate of affiliated individual products is displayed.
