PURPOSE: A sensor apparatus is provided to increase the measurement number of sensors and scanning speed using a wideband optical source. CONSTITUTION: A second PN(Pseudo Random Number) generation apparatus generates a second PN code line. The frequency of the second PN code line is different from the frequency of a first PN code line. The bit length of the second PN is the same as the bit length of the PN code line. A mixer(110) mixes the output of a second PN generation apparatus and the output of an optical detector. An integrator(111) executes integral calculus for the output of the mixer.
