PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polylactic acid card is provided to light color of a design printed in a printing sheet. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive of a vegetable material is spread in a lower side of a fabric sheet manufactured with polylactic acid(S10). A desired basic design is printed in an upper side of the fabric sheet(S20). The adhesive of the vegetable material is spread again in the lower side of the fabric sheet(S30). A magnetic stripe is transferred to a transparent coating sheet manufactured by the polylactic acid by using a tape layer with temperature of under 160 degrees(S40).
