PURPOSE: An integrated solar cell, an optical substrate, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a power loss due to a shading area. CONSTITUTION: An optical substrate(100) includes an optical film(110) and a first electrode(120). A plurality of prism patterns(112) are formed on one side of the optical film. The prism pattern includes tunnel type grooves(114,116). A photoactive layer is formed on the first electrode. A first unit cell and a second unit cell respectively include the second electrodes formed on the photoactive layer. |
