<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxial stretching polypropylene film for a capacitor with reduced deviation of dielectric strength characteristics at room temperature from those at high temperature, and also provide a metalized film and a film capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: If V<SP POS="POST">25°</SP>C denotes the dielectric breakdown voltage at 25°C and V<SP POS="POST">100°</SP>C denotes the dielectric breakdown voltage at 100°C, the biaxial stretching polypropylene film for a capacitor has 350-450 V/μm of V<SP POS="POST">100°</SP>C, and -2.0 to -0.5 of the slope of the dielectric breakdown voltages, (V<SP POS="POST">100°</SP>C-V<SP POS="POST">25°</SP>C)/75. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
