<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door guard arm device capable of attaining a stepwise half-opened state of a door by a simple configuration and operation. <P>SOLUTION: The door guard arm device comprises: a guard arm body 14 provided on a door frame so as to be turned and to be extended and contracted; a turning arm part 16 turnably supported by the door frame; a slide arm part 17 held by the turning arm part 16 so as to be slid and displaced; a plurality of positioning holes 18f provided on an inner side face of the turning arm part 16; a stopper arm 25 engaged with the positioning holes 18f; a slider 21 for allowing opening of the door to a door chain position while allowing turning and extension of the guard arm body 14 by being engaged at a first intermediate position of a dead bolt 15; and a slide arm cover 22 for allowing the opening of the door to the maximum air take-in position while allowing turning and extension of the guard arm body by being engaged at a second intermediate position of the dead bolt 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
