PURPOSE: A setting device for preventing cable derailment from an overhead transmission line is provided to stably support a cable by eliminating strain from a transmission and distribution cable fluid-mechanically. CONSTITUTION: An oil pressure control knob(220) is combined with a shaft of an oil pressure control valve. A fluid supply hole(230) of a check valve shape is formed on a part of an upper side of a setting device main body(110). A ruler(240) is marked on the upper side of the setting device main body while forming a concentric circle with the oil pressure control knob. A mechanical seal is formed on an outer circumferential surface of an end portion of first and second moving loads(140,150). An O-ring is inserted into each inner end portion of first and second cylinders(120,130).
