<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance electrophotographic photoreceptor that has no adverse effect on electrical characteristics or image characteristics, improves wear resistance and slidability of a photoreceptor while reducing the surface free energy thereof, and ensures those characteristics to be effectively maintained even after repeated image formation. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is an electrophotographic photoreceptor that includes a photosensitive layer using a resin with a polysiloxane component concomitantly with a polyarylate resin, allows a free silicone to cover the outermost surface in a continuous and persistent manner during image formation so as to suppress wear even after repeated use for a long period of time, and exhibits significantly high surface slidability and excellent cleaning performance and transferability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
