<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable film excellent in extensibility, a gas-barrier property and heat-shrinkability (especially heat-shrinkability at low temperature). <P>SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable film includes a layer comprising a resin composition containing a modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer having a specific structure unit (I).
