摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser device with a reduced variation in the resonant wavelength due to temperature fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: A laser device comprises: a substrate; a resonant part that resonates internal light to output laser light; and a lower reflective layer and an upper reflective layer that are sequentially formed in the direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate and resonate the internal light by reflecting at least a part of the internal light. The resonant part includes: a semiconductor layer including an active layer that is formed between the lower reflective layer and the upper reflective layer and generates light, a p-type cladding layer that injects holes into the active layer, and an n-type cladding layer that injects electrons into the active layer; and an adjustment layer that is provided between the lower reflective layer and the upper reflective layer in series with the semiconductor layer in the resonant direction and has a different sign of the thermo-optical coefficient from the semiconductor layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
