<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel member, along with a liquid ejection head and a liquid ejecting apparatus, for preventing the outflow and the mixture of the liquid due to destruction. <P>SOLUTION: The channel member includes a cover 30 dividable by a base 31 and a cover part 32, and a channel member body 40 having a multilayer structure with a liquid channel formed therein. At least one member of the cover and the channel member body includes a first abutment part 612b protruding toward the other member, and a second abutment part 327 arranged in an area that is nearer to a fastening member 37 than the first abutment part 612b. The first abutment part 612b is brought into abutment with the other member before the base 31 and cover part 32 are fastened by the fastening member 37. Also, the second abutment part 327 has a gap between the second abutment part and the other member, and the fastening member 37 is fastened.
