<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor which has a small number of components, and excellent assembling workability. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor 1 includes: a coil 2; a magnetic core 3 having an inside core portion 31 in which the coil 2 is disposed, and an outside core portion 32 in which the coil 2 is not disposed; and an insulation member 4 disposed between the coil 2 and the magnetic core 3, and positioning the coil 2 to the magnetic core 3. The inside core portion 31 has a structure in which a laminated article of a plurality of core pieces 31m and gap materials 31g is integrally fixed by an insulative adhesive tape 31t. The insulation member 4 is configured by a platy frame 41 disposed between the coil 2 and the outside core portion 32. The platy frame 41 has a projecting portion 42 interposed between the coil 2 and the inside core portion 31. The projecting portion 42 positions the coil 2 to the inside core portion 31, and ensures insulation between the coil 2 and the inside core portion 31. The insulation member 4 is not equipped with a cylindrical bobbin, so that the reactor 1 has a small number of components and a small number of assembling processes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
