<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for diagnosing deterioration of a battery pack, even under floating charge, highly accurately measuring a deterioration diagnosis of each storage battery of the battery pack without interrupting the charging. <P>SOLUTION: The method for diagnosing a deterioration state of the battery pack by discharging the battery pack constituted of a plurality of batteries under floating charge, includes: obtaining a difference between a voltage during floating charge with a discharge current of the discharge of 0.02 CA or more and a voltage in discharging that is the voltage collected from a discharge start time in the discharge used as a start point from 0.001 to 0.01 second; and dividing the difference by the discharge current to obtain the internal resistance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
