A water-heating solid-fuel boiler for long-term burning comprises two air ducts with independent outer openings with slides. In the air duct connected to intermediate vessel for air heating, with devices for air supply with air splitter a fan and a control block are built in. The other air duct is arranged so as to supply air under fuel, connected to intermediate vessel for air heating with opening with a slide for control of dimension of the opening or closing it. The boiler comprises two removable air splitters for different types of fuel one of which is arranged so as to provide air supply to the burning zone – 40-60 %, at the sides of the burning zone – 20-30 %, above fuel – 20-30 %, and the other one is arranged so as to provide air supply to the burning zone – 65-75 %, at the sides of the burning zone – 35-25 %. The opening for air outlet is equipped with a controller of change of cross section of the opening, opening for removal of ash with doors is arranged so as to provide installation and removal of fire-bars. One wall of the body is arranged with thickness 4 mm with possibility of arrangement of an opening for inlet of working liquid, opening for outlet of working liquid and opening for smoke discharge just at installation of the boiler at site of operation. The doors of the openings for fuel loading and ash removal are made twin with insulant placed in the cavity formed. To the body bottom is attached, this is arranged with possibility of installation of boiler with distance from floor on feet. |
