<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluid atomizing nozzle device that can easily install gas piping and liquid piping from the outside even when the installation is performed in a closed space or in a narrow place, and a fluid atomizing device using the fluid atomizing nozzle device. <P>SOLUTION: The fluid atomizing nozzle device 1 includes a gas nozzle part 13 that receives the supply of gas, and a liquid nozzle part 19 that receives the supply of liquid, and atomizes the liquid by the gas.
