<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke machine for realizing editing to easily accentuate a singer's image in an image taken at the time of karaoke performance. <P>SOLUTION: A karaoke machine comprises: microphone position detection means 92 for detecting a position 104a corresponding to a microphone 40 included in an image taken by a digital camera 66; singer area determination means 96 for determining an area 106, etc. corresponding to a singer included in the image taken by the digital camera 66, based on the position 104a to be detected by the microphone position detection means 92; and image editing control means 98 for changing relative brightness of the area 106, etc. corresponding to the singer, which is determined by the singer area determination means 96, in the image taken by the digital camera 66.
