The claimed invention relates to peptidomimetic compounds, useful as proteases inhibitors, in particular as serine proteinase inhibitors, more precisely as NS3 protease inhibitors of hepatitis C virus; to the intermediate product of synthesis thereof; production thereof, including novel stereoselective method for synthesis of such intermediate products. Moreover, the invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions and methods for using of compounds – inhibitors of serine proteinase HCV or treatment of patients with HCV infection or physiological state connected with this infection, including pharmaceutical compositions, containing except of one or several HCV serine proteinase inhibitors, one or several interferons, exhibiting activity against HCV, and/or one or several compounds exhibiting activity against HCV, and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, and also the methods for treatment or prevention of HCV in patients with using of such compositions.
