<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement manufacturing device for reducing dioxin discharge to the outside of a system while suppressing the increase of costs. <P>SOLUTION: The cement manufacturing device includes: a concentration detection part for detecting the concentration of a volatile organic compound contained in exhaust gas to be discharged from a cement burning facility; a cyclone installed between a vertical type mill and an electric dust collector for collecting cement raw powder ground by the vertical type mill; a raw powder surface area detection part for detecting the BET specific surface area of the cement raw powder collected by the cyclone; and a rotational frequency changing means for changing the rotational frequency of a separator installed in the vertical type mill, wherein a concentration threshold as the threshold of the concentration of the volatile organic compound and a raw power surface area threshold as the threshold of a raw powder BET specific surface area are set. The rotational frequency changing means is configured to, when the detection value of the concentration of the volatile organic compound exceeds the concentration threshold, or the detection value of the raw powder BET specific surface area is turned to be less than the raw powder surface area threshold, increase the rotational frequency of the separator. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
