<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable gas-insulated electrical apparatus in which partial discharge on a release layer is suppressed by enhancing the boundary surface adhesiveness of a conductive member and an insulating coating which covers the surface of the conductive member. <P>SOLUTION: There are protrusions and recesses on the surface of a conductive member 3, and average length Rsm value is one index of surface roughness. By using a material consisting of insulating particle powder 7 having a diameter smaller than the Rsm value, an insulating coating 6 is deposited by painting on the surface of the conductive member 3, and the recesses of the conductive member 3 are filled tightly with the insulating particle powder 7 thus enhancing bondability of the conductive member 3 and the insulating coating 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
