<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, when a touch panel is stuck to a transparent plate using an adhesive material with UV effect, it becomes insufficient to harden the adhesive material at the lower part of a metal layer of the touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A transparent electrode 8 and a wiring metal 11 constituting a sensor pattern is formed on a glass substrate 7. An outer peripheral metal 10 for static electricity countermeasures is formed on the outer periphery of the glass substrate 7. The outer peripheral metal 10, the wiring metal 11, and a jumper metal 12 are formed of a metal layer 2. The metal layer 2 includes a transmission section 13 and UV light is applied to the adhesive material 5 via the transmission section 13.
