<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture for recycled pavement which can be produced and laid at a normal temperature and which can obtain a pavement with sufficient flexibility and strength and which can effectively recycle waste concrete produced as construction wastes. <P>SOLUTION: Provided is a mixture for recycled pavement obtained by mixing aggregate including concrete recycled aggregate, a solidification material and an asphalt emulsion in a mixing facility.
