The device has an anchor screw screwed in a respective jaw (1), where the anchor screw comprises a screw head (5). The screw comprises an adjacent fixed shaft with a screw thread. An orthodontic wire (3) is attached to a load bearing case (6). The case surrounds the screw thread of the anchor screw, where the case is fixable with an adhesive locking unit. The case is formed in a cylindrical manner, and has an inner circumference surrounding outer circumference of the screw head. An independent claim is also included for a puller for actuating an anchoring device.
