An infrared touch screen, touch detection method and display device thereof, the infrared touch screen comprising: a display device (100); an infrared emitter (200) and a first infrared receiver (300) disposed on any side of a display surface of the display device (100), the infrared emitter (200) emitting multiple scattered infrared rays covering a light output surface of the display device (100); multiple second infrared receivers (400), disposed on the sides of the display surface of the display device (100) excluding the side arranged with the infrared emitter (200), at intervals and in one-to-one correspondence with multiple infrared rays; the first infrared receiver (300) detects the infrared rays that are emitted by the infrared emitter (200) and reflected by a touch location, and the infrared touch screen employs one infrared emitter only, thus not only improving resolution, enabling precise touch operation, but also effectively reducing manufacturing cost, and being suitable for large size display devices. |
