An enhanced power cable arrangement apparatus (150) comprises a tuner housing (160), a power adaptor housing (162), and a power cable (164) extending between the tuner housing (160) and the power adaptor housing (162). A reception antenna (166) is provided that extends between the tuner housing (160) and the power adaptor housing (162), the reception antenna (166) comprising a pole portion that extends substantially in parallel with and in spaced relation to the power cable (164).
