PURPOSE: A cutting method and device of laser-transmitting member are provided to easily cut material not easily cut by laser and to have excellent productivity by applying force two regions around a laser-irradiated part to cut the both regions. CONSTITUTION: A cutting method of laser-transmitting member comprises: an irradiation step irradiating laser to a laser-cutting member in a region where the laser-transmitting member is arranged; a cutting step cutting two regions by applying force to the two regions around a laser-irradiated part. A cutting device of laser-transmitting member comprises: an irradiation part irradiating laser to the laser-cutting member in the region where the laser-transmitting member is arranged; and a cutting part applying force and detaching the two regions from the laser-irradiated part.
