PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for controlling power by a terminal in a wireless communication system using multiple carriers are provided to transmit obtained information to a transmission side with feedbacks by obtaining an amplitude decrease amount by a channel and a phase shift value. CONSTITUTION: A terminal receives HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Request) process base control information from a base station according to multi-carrier scheduling for HARQ operation(S901).
